DIY Roasting Pan
No roaster? No problem! You can easily simulate the effects of a roaster with a common baking tool you likely already have in your kitchen.
A roasting pan or rack is great to elevate meats and catch the drippings, but they can be both expensive and take up a lot of storage space. Instead, place the roasts on a cooling rack set over a shallow baking sheet. Just be sure to spray the rack with nonstick cooking spray so the roasts don’t stick.
