Easy, cheesy, spicy, and all-around fun, Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce is one of our favorite party foods. Try any of your favorite fries — thick, thin, curly, waffle, or crinkle-cut — with this delicious cheese sauce with a kick.

Prepare fries according to package directions.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour; cook for 12 minutes.

Gradually add milk, whisking until smooth. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer mixture for 5 minutes.

Whisk in cheese until melted. Spoon sauce over fries.
