A sweet slaw, spicy spread, and crispy crusted chicken in between — these wraps are simplicity in its tastiest form. From a bit of lime zest in the slaw to spicy Sriracha in the mayonnaise drizzle, just a hint of a few full-flavored elements takes this recipe from basic to amazing. Coat the chicken in crushed corn flakes and sesame seeds to provide a one-two punch of crunch and toasty flavor.

For the sauce, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha.

For the wrap, combine corn flakes, sesame seeds, salt, pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish. Whisk together egg and cream in a second shallow dish. Place flour in third shallow dish. Dredge chicken first in flour, tapping off excess, then dip in egg mixture, letting excess drip off, then coat with corn flake mixture, pressing to adhere.

Heat oil over high in a large nonstick skillet until it shimmers. Cook chicken 3 minutes per side.

Divide Simple Slaw and chicken tenders among tortillas, then drizzle with sauce.
