For perfectly textured guacamole, use a potato ricer. Place large chunks of avocado into the ricer, press right into a bowl, and scrape the outside of the ricer with a spatula. Then stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Per 1 avocado, add:
- 2 Tbsp. minced red onion
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp. granulated garlic
- ¼ tsp. chili powder
- Salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste
