Griddle Grilling
Expand the possibilities of your grilling by using a cast-iron griddle as another cooking surface for your grill. You can cook just about anything you would make in your cast-iron pan or griddle indoors and it takes the fun outside.
Keep a cast iron griddle with your grill. It’s great for cooking items that fall through the grate, like vegetables or fish, or for making pancakes, eggs, smash burgers or anything else you want to get a good sear on. For easy clean-up, just flip the griddle over and cook on high for a few minutes.
