Test Kitchen Tip

For easy homemade popsicle molds, make use of small paper cups. Simply cover each with foil, poke sticks through foil, and freeze as directed.

Instructions

Blend tomato juice, vodka, lime juice, Worcestershire, garlic, horseradish, Tabasco, celery salt, and pepper in a blender; let stand 20 minutes, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve.

Divide tomato mixture and olives among six (3-oz.) paper cups, cover each with foil, then cut a small slit in the center of the foil and slide in a popsicle stick. Freeze pops until firm, at least 4 hours.
