Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine almonds, cashews, and walnuts on a baking sheet; roast 10 minutes, stirring once, then let cool.

Combine almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, coconut, raisins, cranberries, apricots, peaches, and bananas.

Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium-high. Add nut mixture, chili powder, and cayenne; sauté until coconut begins to brown, 12 minutes, stirring often, then season with salt. Transfer snack mix to a baking sheet to cool.
