Wine Bar Mix with chili powder
This savory, spicy Wine Bar Mix will satisfy more grown-up tastes at your next soirée. Serve it at an under-the-stars movie night for a summer event that's both comfortable and unforgettable.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine almonds, cashews, and walnuts on a baking sheet; roast 10 minutes, stirring once, then let cool.
Combine almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, coconut, raisins, cranberries, apricots, peaches, and bananas.
Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium-high. Add nut mixture, chili powder, and cayenne; sauté until coconut begins to brown, 1–2 minutes, stirring often, then season with salt. Transfer snack mix to a baking sheet to cool.
