So whenever we do food photography, we always want the food. Even the prop elements, looking its best with coffee, we want it to look nice and fresh and hot. For example, I'm going to pour a fresh cup of coffee and show you what I mean. So as you can see, as soon as you pour coffee, we get bubbles and that's an indication of freshly poured coffee. When you have it onset it quickly loses its bubbles. So one of the ways we add that freshness is to add bubbles to our coffee. One of my favorite tips, a little bit of a food styling trick is to add some bubbles. I'm just using dish soap and water, whisking it up a little bit and then grabbing some of these bubbles and just placing them down. The fun thing about this is you can move the bubbles around in any way you want. So you could slide them around the cup if you wanted. And there you go. We've got some nice, fresh, hot coffee.
