Dried cranberries are a great accent for all kinds of desserts during the holidays. For a garnish on the Pumpkin Bars, finely chop ¼ cup each dried cranberries, crystallized ginger, and pecan pieces together. Scatter the garnish over individual bars or entire baking sheet.
