A Satisfying Substitution

Chicken breasts are a great substitution for wing meat in our Bold & Spicy Chicken Wings recipe. If you still want to try the cranberry glaze, use our modified recipe with breast meat. Season 4 chicken breast halves with salt and pepper, place on prepared baking sheet and broil 6 minutes. Flip chicken and baste with cranberry glaze. Broil until chicken begins to brown, about 3 minutes. Chicken is done when an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast registers 160°.
