DIY Chocolate Truffles

While picking out chocolate treats from a shop is simple, it can also be costly. Purchased truffles can cost anywhere from $1.25 to $3.00 and up, while homemade are less than $.50 a piece. Creating truffles yourself also allows you to experiment with different flavors. In our Black & White truffles recipe, try substituting 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar or mint extract for the 2 Tbsp. crème de cassis.
