Spin Zucchini Dry With Your Salad Spinner
Zucchini makes a fresh addition to any late-summer dish. While it holds a lot of water, it couldn't be simpler to remove it.
Zucchini holds quite a bit of water. Some dishes (like the cake pops) benefit from that added moisture, but it can make others too watery. To help draw out liquid before adding zucchini to a dish, first add some salt to it and let it sit, then spin it in a salad spinner. If you don't have one, or as a finishing touch, squeeze the zucchini dry with paper towels.
