Pizza Herb and Lettuce Cutter

To cut fresh, leafy herbs such as cilantro and parsley, use a pizza wheel rather than a knife—just run the wheel over the washed leaves in multiple directions. The wheel also prevents bruising the leaves, a common problem when mincing with a knife.
A pizza cutter works well for shredding romaine lettuce for salads and sandwiches.
