To get enough dressing, but avoid this mess at the bottom of the bowl, Place a small bowl or saucer upside down in your salad bowl before dressing the salad. That way, any excess dressing runs down the sides of you salad bowl and is trapped beneath the saucer or bowl. No more soggy greens!
