How to Keep Pancakes Warm
Keep your pancakes hot while you cook multiple batches with this unique tip that doesn't require the oven!
Rather than heating the oven to keep pancakes warm, use your microwave. Simply place a medium-sized bowl, filled three quarters-full with water, in your microwave and heat the water to boiling. Then place a large plate over the bowl and close the door. As you make the pancakes place them on the plate. The steam from the bowl keeps the pancakes warm and moist until you're ready to serve them.
