Storing Fresh Spinach

Don't let fresh spinach go to waste anymore with these tips on how to best store your leafy greens.

A couple of bad spinach leaves can ruin the whole bag. Don't let that happen anymore, with this simple method of storing this tender green.

First, stem, wash and dry the spinach (yank out any bad leaves).

Then place in plastic container or resealable bag.

Dampen doubled paper towels, wring out, and lay over spinach.

Seal and refrigerate up to two weeks.
