Melon & Prosciutto Salad
If you like salted melon, you already have some idea of what the combo of cantaloupe and salty prosciutto tastes like. In a word—delicious. Give this recipe a try for your next party or get-together, or enjoy it as a simple side dish.
Cook prosciutto in 2 tsp. oil in a sauté pan until crisp, 3–4 minutes; drain on a paper-towel-lined plate.
Combine cantaloupe, mozzarella, basil, and prosciutto. Whisk together 2 Tbsp. oil and vinegar, then toss with cantaloupe mixture. Season salad with salt and pepper.
