Mashed Carrots & Potatoes
Mashed Carrots & Potatoes are an unlikely pair, but they go together perfectly in this creamy and flavorful side dish.
To ensure a creamy dish, cube
potatoes and carrots into equal
sizes. This way they cook in the
same amount of time.

Stir cream and butter into potatoes and carrots; mash to desired consistency. Stir in pepper and season with salt.
