Grilled Cabbage & Carrots with Bacon

A bacon-enhanced cabbage side dish completes any grilling menu. For even more bacon flavor, use the bacon drippings instead of butter.

Eating cabbage on a regular basis prevents some types of cancers. This is due to its abundance of antioxidant compounds and anti-inflammatory nutrients. Cabbage is also an excellent source of vitamin C.
