Ginger-Jasmine Tea Sushi Rice
Bursting with the tastes of ginger, garlic, and jasmine tea, this rice is the perfect side for any Asian entrée.
Sweat scallions, ginger, garlic, and pepper flakes in oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat, 1 minute.
Stir in rice; cook 1 minute. Increase heat to high, add water and tea bags, and bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover rice and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes. Remove pan from heat and let rice stand 10 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Season rice with salt, black pepper, and vinegar.
