If you prefer cauliflower to be more fork-tender than crisp, blanch it before adding it to the salad.

Instructions

For the dressing, whisk together ranch, mustard, scallions, and dill weed.

For the salad, toss cauliflower, carrot, and peas with dressing mixture. Cover salad and chill at least 30 minutes.

Garnish salad with cashews and bacon bits before serving.
