Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce with French Fries

Try any of your favorite french fries — thick, thin, curly, waffle, or crinkle-cut — with this delicious sauce.

Instructions

Prepare fries according to package directions.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour; cook for 1–2 minutes.

Gradually add milk, whisking until smooth. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer mixture for 5 minutes.

Whisk in cheese until melted. Cook sauce for 1 minute.

Spoon sauce over fries; serve with Chorizo Chili.
