If you can’t find Mexican chorizo at your grocery store, with ground pork and a little seasoning, it’s easy to make your own.
Pulse pork, paprika, garlic, oregano, coriander, and cumin in a food processor until combined.
Use chorizo according to your recipe instructions. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
