Italian Mini Meatballs
These versatile Italian Mini Meatballs are packed with flavor. Make a big batch and freeze for an easy appetizer or enhancer for weeknight meals. Try them in any soup or pasta, or in our ultra-comforting Italian Wedding Soup recipe.
Stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan, milk, broth, parsley, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, black pepper, pepper flakes, and nutmeg.
Add ground chuck and mix thoroughly. Scoop meatballs with a #60 (2 tsp.) scoop and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet; chill until ready to use.
