Cutlets of any kind are crunchy comfort and ham cutlets are no exception, especially zhuzhed up with everything bagel seasoning.

First introduced on their namesake bagels, this seasoning blend is made with sesame seeds, sea salt, dried minced onion and garlic. It’s now popular on its own, and you’ll see “Everything” everywhere.


Whisk together ketchup, Worcestershire, and sugar.

Combine flour and seasoning blend in a shallow dish. Place egg mixture and panko in two other separate shallow dishes. Coat ham slices on both sides in flour, dip into egg, then dredge in panko.

Fry cutlets in two batches in 2 Tbsp. oil per batch in a sauté pan over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side; serve with Savory Ketchup.
