Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Whisk together butter, garlic, and
parsley; season with salt and pepper.
Heat grill pan over medium-high.
Coat both sides of pineapple and
ham slices with nonstick spray.
Grill pineapple slices until grill marks
appear, 2–3minutes per side,
transfer to a plate. Grill ham slices
until grill marks appear, 1–2minutes
per side.
Transfer rolls to a baking sheet;
separate bottom from top with
cut sides up. Brush cut sides of rolls
with garlic butter. Place ham slices,
pineapple slices, and Swiss on
bottom half of rolls; top with upper
half of rolls, cut side down.
Bake sliders until cheese melts,
3–5minutes; transfer to a cutting
board. Brush tops of sliders
with remaining garlic butter; cut
rolls to separate sliders for serving.
Rather than build these
sliders individually,
place the buns on
a baking sheet, halve
horizontally (without
splitting them into
individual rolls). Then
spread on the garlic
butter, build the sliders,
and pop them in the
oven to finish cooking.
