Grilled Pepperoni Pizza

Crisp and slightly charred with a hint of smoky flavor, coal-fired pizza is a far cry above most pie styles. When it comes to cooking pizza at home, nothing gets closer to that dynamite flavor than a similar quick-cooking method — the grill. To begin, grill the homemade crust to crisp perfection, then add an oven-roasted sauce and a few choice toppings, like classic pepperoni, for just the right balance of smoky and fresh flavors. Follow our How to Make Grilled Pizza guide to achieve grilled pizza perfect.
