Chocolate Monkey Bread
How do you make monkey bread even better? Stuff it with chocolate! The hardest part is waiting for it to cool down enough to eat.
Preheat oven to 350°. Thoroughly coat the inside of a 13-cup cast-iron fluted cake (Bundt) pan with butter and coat with flour.
Combine sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Cut each biscuit in half and place 1–2 chocolate squares in center of each biscuit; fold up edges to encase chocolate. Press edges together to seal. Toss biscuits in sugar mixture to coat. Layer biscuits in prepared pan.
Melt butter over low heat; add brown sugar and stir until melted. Pour syrup over biscuit pieces.
