Strawberry Poppers with Rosemary and Pistachios
These succulent strawberries will delight your friends and family. The best part, they are easy, bite-size, and can be made up to five hours ahead — just keep them wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Whip neufchatel, 1/4 cup pistachios, rosemary, and honey with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
Transfer filling to a piping bag fitted with a 1/2-inch wide round tip or a plastic storage bag with a corner cut off. Pipe filling into strawberries and garnish with chopped pistachios and rosemary sprigs.
