To Note:

This recipe uses only one sheet (half of a standard 17.3 oz. package) of frozen puff pastry.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Cut puff pastry into 16 squares; arrange on prepared baking sheet.

Combine gouda, pears, walnuts, 2 Tbsp. honey, and Dijon.

Spoon pear mixture using a #60 scoop (heaping 2 tsp.) onto center of each square; brush egg wash around edges of exposed pastry.

Bake puffs until squares are puffed and golden and filling is hot, about 15 minutes. Drizzle puffs with additional honey; season with salt.
