Preheat oven to 425°.

Bake shells according to package directions. Use a fork to remove the tops of the shells.

Heat cream cheese, sour cream, Cheddar, and ranch seasoning in a skillet over medium until combined, stirring often.

Stir in milk and lemon juice; adding more milk, if needed, until it reaches desired consistency. Stir in chicken until heated through.

Divide chicken mixture among shells and stand tops on chicken mixture; serve immediately.
