Cheesy Olive Dip
Briny olives combine with creamy cheeses for one addictive dip.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Beat cream cheese with a mixer until creamy; add Worcestershire and pepper flakes and beat until combined. Reserve a few sliced olives for topping, chop remaining olives.
Stir in chopped olives,cheese, and sliced scallions.
Spread cheese mixture into a 10-inch cast-iron skillet; scatter reserved olives over top.
Bake dip until golden and bubbly, about 25 minutes; top with scallion greens. Serve dip with pita chips or crackers.
