This dip can, and should, be made up to a few days ahead, which gives all the flavors time to meld.

Instructions

Purée Cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, apple butter, horseradish, Worcestershire, and lemon juice in a food processor; season with salt and pepper.

Transfer dip to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill at least 4 hours.

Serve dip with pretzels, apples, and veggies.
