Purée cream cheese, ranch dressing, Frank’s, and scallion whites mixture in a food processor; transfer to a bowl.

Stir in chicken, Jack cheese, and Cheddar; transfer to a 1-qt. baking dish and bake until hot and bubbly, 2530 minutes. Garnish dip with scallion greens and blue cheese crumbles; serve with celery sticks and corn chips.
