Buffalo Chicken Dip
Nothing beats the ease of rotisserie chicken, especially when you're cooking for a crowd. Make this classic Buffalo Chicken Dip for your next tailgate or Super Bowl party, because if you don't have this on the menu, is it even a party? And with fresh celery dippers, you can enjoy all the flavors you love about Buffalo chicken wings, without any messy fingers.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Sweat scallion whites and celery seed in butter in a saucepan over medium heat until scallion whites soften.
Purée cream cheese, ranch dressing, Frank’s, and scallion whites mixture in a food processor; transfer to a bowl.
Stir in chicken, Jack cheese, and Cheddar; transfer to a 1-qt. baking dish and bake until hot and bubbly, 25–30 minutes. Garnish dip with scallion greens and blue cheese crumbles; serve with celery sticks and corn chips.
