For the salad, combine chard, hazelnuts, pomegranate arils, and shallots in a bowl.

For the vinaigrette, whisk together vinegar, oil, Dijon, and honey; season with salt and pepper. Heat vinaigrette in a microwave until bubbly, about 1 minute.

Toss salad with vinaigrette; garnish servings with Parmesan and serve immediately.
