Stone Fruit Salad
This dressed up fruit salad is sure to become the star side dish at your next party. Red onion, tarragon, and toasted hazelnuts add plenty of pep to the Stone Fruit Salad. Any stone fruit works in this salad, so feel free to substitute fruits to your liking. Can’t find nectarines? Swap for peaches. Don’t like plums? Try cherries.
Whisk together lemon juice, vinegar, oil, honey, and tarragon for the vinaigrette.
Toss plums, nectarines, and onion in a bowl with vinaigrette, then season with salt and pepper. Top salad with hazelnuts.
