Watch the potatoes as they bake and turn as needed to prevent burning or sticking to the baking sheet. Remove fries as they get crispy.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°. Line two baking sheets with foil.

Toss sweet potatoes with oil, sugar, salt, chili powder, pepper, and cinnamon.

Arrange potatoes on prepared baking sheets in a single layer and bake 1015 minutes. Turn potatoes over and rotate sheets; bake until crispy, 1015 minutes more.
