Spiced Sweet Potato Fries
At less than 150 calories, baked Spiced Sweet Potato Fries make a healthier side dish than ordinary fries. And with just a sprinkling of brown sugar and spices, they’ll taste even better.
Watch the potatoes as they bake and turn as needed to prevent burning or sticking to the baking sheet. Remove fries as they get crispy.
Preheat oven to 450°. Line two baking sheets with foil.
Toss sweet potatoes with oil, sugar, salt, chili powder, pepper, and cinnamon.
Arrange potatoes on prepared baking sheets in a single layer and bake 10–15 minutes. Turn potatoes over and rotate sheets; bake until crispy, 10–15 minutes more.
