Sesame Garlic Asparagus
Toss asparagus with a garlicky vinaigrette before roasting this tender vegetable to bump up the overall flavor a few notches. For the best flavor and nutrition, broil the asparagus stalks until they’re crisp-tender, but still vibrant in color.
Preheat broiler to high with rack 6 inches from element. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Toss asparagus with vinegar, oil, and garlic; transfer to prepared baking sheet.
