Sautéed Swiss Chard is a quick and easy — not to mention healthy — side dish that you can throw together on weeknights in 15 minutes or less. Golden raisins and toasted almonds add a bit of sweetness and crunch to the final dish.

Swiss chard comes in many colors, from red- and white-stemmed, to multi-colored rainbow chard with pastel-colored stems.


Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers. Add chard ribs and sauté until softened, 23 minutes.

Add raisins and garlic to skillet and cook until garlic is fragrant, 1 minute. Add chard leaves by the handful, tossing with tongs until wilted. Stir in vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Garnish chard with almonds.
