Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Green Beans

For an added boost of potassium and fiber, don’t peel the sweet potatoes. Just give them a good scrub before cubing them.
Preheat oven to 450°. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Toss sweet potatoes with 2 Tbsp. oil, 1½ tsp. salt, honey, paprika, and cayenne; arrange in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Toss green beans with remaining 1 Tbsp. oil and lightly season with salt and black pepper.
Roast sweet potatoes 10 minutes, toss, then add green beans to baking sheet and roast another 15 minutes, tossing once more.
