Pineapple-Ginger Brown Rice
Pineapple-Ginger Brown Rice makes a healthier alternative to fried rice. This dish is perfect as a side for stir-fry recipes.
Bring water, juice, ginger, and brown rice to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cover pan. Simmer rice until water is absorbed, 10–12 minutes.
Fluff rice with a fork. Stir in pineapple, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Serve rice with Teriyaki Chicken.
