STORING FRESH DILL

Dill is a delicate herb, and will only keep in the fridge for a few days. To prolong freshness, place stems upright in a glass of water, wrap fronds in a damp towel, then refrigerate.

Instructions

Whisk together yogurt, vinegar, oil, and pepper flakes; season dressing with salt and pepper.

Toss peas, cucumbers, radishes, dill, and basil with dressing.
