Pasta Salad Primavera with parmesan vinaigrette

Pasta salad is always welcome at a party, but if you want to give it an upgrade, go with the chunky veggies, Parmesan cheese, and generous amount of vinaigrette in this Pasta Salad Primavera. This version is sure to become a new favorite.

Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to package directions, adding broccoli and carrots during last two minutes of cooking. Drain pasta and vegetables, rinse with cold water, and drain again; transfer to a bowl and stir in tomatoes, olives, and bell pepper.

Whisk together vinegar, oil, Parmesan, garlic, and oregano for the vinaigrette; season with salt and pepper. Toss vinaigrette with pasta salad. Serve salad chilled or at room temperature.
