Lemon-Herb Pasta

This simple pasta enhanced with butter, lemon, and oregano makes the perfect simple side to accompany just about any main.

Malfada pasta looks like small lasagna noodles. If you can't find it, use farfalle (bow-tie) pasta instead.


Cook mafalda in boiling salted water according to package directions.

Drain mafalda, transfer to a serving bowl, then toss with lemon zest, lemon juice, and butter. Add oregano just before serving.
