Herb-and-Cheese Drop Biscuits
Add these easy-to-make biscuits to your weekly rotation
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°. Spray the
griddle side of a reversible 19-inch
rectangular cast-iron grill/griddle
pan with cooking spray.
Whisk together flour, salt, baking
powder, baking soda, and pepper in
a large bowl. Whisk in Lemon-Garlic
Mayo and buttermilk just until
combined.
Fold in Parmesan and
basil.
Drop batter by 1/3 cupfuls
onto prepared pan.
Bake until golden brown, 15 to
18 minutes. Let cool on pan for
5 minutes.
Serve warm.
