Grilled Potatoes with Bacon & Cheddar

No one can turn down a side dish of grilled potatoes covered in cheese and bacon. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and fresh chives to cut through the richness.

To grill the potatoes and steaks at the same time, preheat one side of the grill to medium-high and the other side to medium.

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium. Brush grill grate with oil.

Cook bacon in a nonstick skillet until crisp; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate.

Toss potatoes with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill potatoes, covered, until fork-tender, about 4 minutes per side; transfer to a plate.

Sprinkle Cheddar on top of potatoes, tent with foil, and let rest 5 minutes. Top potatoes with sour cream, bacon, and chives.
