Grilled Parsley-Garlic Bread

While the grill is hot, toast some hearty whole-grain bread — it’s the perfect vehicle for a fresh garlicky-parsley spread. There’s no doubt, this is a great side dish.

Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush grill grate with oil.

Mince parsley, garlic, scallions, zest, and salt in a mini food processor, scraping down sides of bowl as needed. Add oil and process until combined; season with pepper.

Grill bread slices, uncovered, until toasted and grill marks appear, 12 minutes per side. Transfer bread to a serving platter, and spread parsley mixture over top.
