Instructions

Whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper for the vinaigrette.

Blanch green beans in a pot of boiling salted water, 2 minutes. Transfer green beans to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking; drain well. Slice green beans lengthwise.

Toss green beans, cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers with vinaigrette.
