Glazed Baby Carrots with Mustard and Brown Sugar

Baby carrots make for easy prep, but if you only have whole, simply peel them and cut them into sticks.
Cook carrots in a pot of boiling salted water until fork-tender, 8–10 minutes; drain. Transfer carrots to a bowl.
Melt butter in same pot over medium heat. Stir in sugar and mustard; cook until syrupy, 3–5 minutes.
Add carrots and stir to coat; season with salt and pepper.
