Sauté garlic in oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat until fragrant, 30 seconds.

Add zucchini noodles; cook until heated through, tossing with tongs, 35 minutes.

Off heat, toss zucchini noodles with Parmesan; season with salt and pepper.
